PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / SEASONAL VARIATIONS

At times, the products advertised may not be available therefore a comparable product may be included instead. This also applies to picnic hampers, as we include fresh seasonal produce in our picnic hampers.

SHIPPING

We ship Australia wide. International deliveries will be available shortly!

With the exception of our fresh produce Picnic Hampers, domestic standard shipping is free for all orders over $60, otherwise a flat rate of $10 applies. See below for Picnic Hamper shipping details.

We use Australia Post and Courier for domestic deliveries. Except for Picnic Hampers and certain postcode locations in Melbourne metro, for domestic standard – the expected delivery time is 7-14 business days however Australia Post are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 having a higher than usual impact. If you require your item by a specific date, we recommend you chose the Express Post option.

Domestic Express Shipping – $25.00

Our Fresh Produce Picnic Hampers can be delivered in Melbourne metro with at least 2 days’ notice. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.00, with free delivery to certain postcodes in Melbourne. Enter your postcode when purchasing your chosen item/s for details.

Fresh Produce Picnic & Gift Hampers cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. 

TRACKING

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.


What if no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery?

Once you have selected your shipping method at the checkout, you will be asked if your order requires a signature on delivery.

If a signature is not required and no one is available to receive the delivery, the delivery driver will leave the parcel in a relatively secure location, unattended at the address. Occasionally, the driver may not deem it secure enough to leave the parcel (eg. raining at the time of delivery, parcel visible to the street, etc.).

If a signature is required or the parcel cannot be left at the address, the delivery driver will do one of the following (depending on which delivery method is chosen):

  • Leave a card advising the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the nearest post office for pickup
  • Return the parcel to our warehouse (Hospital deliveries, Same day deliveries, etc  -redelivery fees will apply)

In order to ensure that someone will be present during business hours, and to avoid redelivery fees, it is recommended to send the parcel to a business address. Redelivery fees may apply for any deliveries that need to be reattempted.

Please note that when signature not required has been selected, Blossom Lifestyle Group and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded the package as ‘successfully delivered’.

RETURNS

We want your experience with the Blossom Lifestyle Group (BLG) to be a positive one. We take a great deal of care and are proud of our products however if there are any concerns with your order or an incorrect item has been dispatched, email info@blossomlifestyle.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue along with an image/s and we will be in touch. We will either replace or refund for a defective or damaged product, however image/s must be provided (include the packaging), prior to any action. We accept returns within 30 days of dispatch. Returned items must be unused, have the original packaging and be in a resaleable condition.

We do not offer a refund or return for ‘change of mind’ purchases however this is at BLG discretion. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email info@blossomlifestyle.com.au with your concern and where possible, we will work towards a satisfactory solution. If a return or refund is offered, shipping costs for these items are at the customer’s expense and must be a registered service for returns. The item/s must be unused, have the original packaging and be in a resaleable condition. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FREE delivery for Gift Hampers Melbourne Metro only. For deliveries out of Melbourne Metro, Gift Hampers will either be sent by Australia Post or their affiliated courier StarTrack. FREE Domestic Standard Shipping outside of Melbourne Metro for Gift Hampers until Christmas 2021.

Standard Shipping – $10.
Express Shipping – $25

Australia Post are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 having a higher than usual impact. For Domestic Standard, the expected delivery time is 2-10 business days. If you require your item by a specific date, we recommend you either chose the Express Shipping option or contact us directly as we may be able to assist with special requests.

Our Fresh Produce Picnic Hampers can be delivered in Melbourne metro with (preferred) at least 2 days’ notice. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.00, with free delivery to certain postcodes in Melbourne.
Enter your postcode when purchasing your chosen item/s for details and eligibility. Express Courier is $25 which, when possible, may be same day delivery. Click & Collect from our Thornbury location is FREE. Location details will be provided after item purchase.

We use Stripe as our credit card payment gateway which we believe is one of the more secure companies. Credit card numbers are encrypted and description keys are stored separately. Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards with accredited regulatory licenses recognized globally, which includes AFSL in Australia. We believe that this level of security is one of the highest to ensure the integrity of transactional online payments.

SECTION 21- PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL
We at Blossom Lifestyle Group supports the responsible service and supply of alcohol and adhere to local and federal regulatory requirements. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. VCGLR. 

If you order a hamper and include alcohol, you must declare if you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18.

FAQ’S

HOW DO I KEEP MY CANDLE FROM BURNING BLACK SMOKE WHEN EXTINGUISHED?

Here are some tips and also refer to the candle dust cover for care instructions:

When lighting candle for the first time, once it has pooled to edge of vessel – please extinguish. This will take (depending on candle size) 1-3hrs. Thereafter, we recommend to not burn your candle for more than 3-4hrs. This will help keep an even burn and minimize black smoke emitting from the wick when extinguished. Keep wick trimmed to 5mm. This will also help keep debris from candle surface.

WHAT WOOD ARE MY PADDLE BOARDS MADE FROM?

The timber paddle, chopping, grazing and charcuterie boards are made from Victorian Ash, Tasmanian Blackwood and other hardwoods.

ARE THE WOODEN BOARDS HANDMADE?

Absolutely! The boards are handmade in Victoria.

DO YOU CATER FOR VEGETARIANS?
