Product Description
Each Butchers Block and Long Board comes with a sterling silver cheese knife
Our wooden chopping, grazing, charcuterie boards & butchers blocks are beautifully created using locally & ethically sourced timbers and are handcrafted in Australia
Each board is handcrafted from locally sourced hardwood timbers including Vic Ash and Tasmanian Blackwood. As our boards are individually handcrafted, sizes and colors may vary slightly from the picture and/or sizes depicted.
It’s easy to care for your board by following some simple steps:
- Do not soak wooden boards in water, just wipe with a cloth and warm soapy water, rinse with clear water and either air or pat dry;
- Do not put in the dishwasher;
- Do not leave wooden boards in a cool room or fridge for extended periods of time;
- Do treat your wooden board with a light application of food grade mineral oil, coconut oil or grapeseed oil.
The more you use your board, the more regularly you should treat it. Just remember, the duller the color – the drier the wood. Looking after your board with regular treatments will maintain the integrity of the timber and enhance the natural grain and color of the timber.
Did you know that the AUS/NZ Food Authority recommend that food be prepared and served on hardwood boards!
